The "By materials and services" report shows how many materials and services were sold during the selected period in the selected currency. This is the basic revenue report: you see the total, breakdown by line items and which orders they came from.
Where to open
In the CRM side menu, expand the "Reports" section and select "By materials and services". A page with filters and two tables will open.
Filters
- "From" and "To" — the report period. Today's date is pre-filled by default; change the dates for any custom range. The "To" date cannot be earlier than the "From" date.
- "Currency" — the currency used to recalculate all amounts. Change it from the dropdown list.
- "Payment status" — filter by the order's payment state: paid, unpaid, partially paid, etc. Appears when payment statuses are configured in the system.
The report recalculates automatically when any filter changes — there is no "Apply" button to press.
"Materials" table
A list of every material sold during the period. Columns: "Name", "Quantity" (sum across all orders), "Price" (average), "Amount" (revenue per material).
The arrow on the right of a row expands the orders the material appeared in: order code, customer, quantity, price, amount. The "eye" icon opens the order card in a new tab.
Below the table — the "Total" line across all materials.
"Services" table
Same as for materials, but for services: cutting, edging, drilling, packaging, etc. Columns and expansion logic match; the total is calculated separately.
Total for the period
At the bottom of the page — the combined total for materials and services over the selected period. This is the figure you use when reporting to management.
What matters for the factory admin
- The report is built on the creation date of orders falling into the period. Drafts and cancelled orders are excluded.
- Figures are recalculated into the selected currency using the rate from settings. For historical periods the current rate is used — keep this in mind when comparing months.
- To see who brought in the revenue, switch to the "By managers" report.
