The order card is a modal with detailed information about the order. It opens from «My orders» via the «Additionally» button (the blue «i» icon) in the order row. The card is available only for confirmed orders — they can no longer be edited; the card is for viewing and downloading documents.
Main information
- Client — the client's name.
- Order number — the numeric ID and code assigned to the order in iFurn.pro when it is created (e.g.
458118andtcT154Tm). This is not the firm's internal number — that is stored separately as the "external code". - Order currency — the settlement currency.
- Order date — creation date.
Contact information
Contacts that receive notifications and documents:
- Email — main email address.
- Phone — for general notifications.
Addresses
- Sale point — where the order was placed (when the firm has several points).
- Production point — where the order will be produced.
- Delivery method — self-pickup, courier, transport company, etc.
Comment
A free-form field where the client or manager records wishes: materials, deadlines, packaging notes, a contact window.
Order documents
Below the info blocks — buttons that open documents:
- Order blank — an HTML page with all order details, ready to print or save as PDF.
- Order blank (production) — an extended blank with production comments: operations, ready dates.
- Cutting cards — a layout of sheet-material cutting with part placement: a visualization of the cut for reference. The cards are not used on machines — equipment is run by control programs (a separate document with the programs).
- Programs and .project — an archive with CNC programs and the source project file.
- Order files — attached drawings and docs.
- Raw-material invoice — the list of materials and quantities for going into production.
Each document opens in a new tab. If a document is not ready yet (e.g. cutting hasn't been run), the button may be inactive.
In the order
The items table — what is in the order. Columns: Code, Name, Quantity, Price, Sum. Items are grouped by type:
- Materials and goods — board, edge tape, hardware, finished goods.
- Services — cutting, edge-banding, milling and other production services.
- Extra services — packaging, delivery, assembly, etc.
Below the table — sub-totals per group and the order grand total.
Where else the card appears
The same card opens from other places in the system — for example, when viewing an order from the CRM or after confirmation. The content does not depend on the entry point: a current snapshot of the order at the moment of opening is shown.
