Here is the list of all the orders the program knows about: both the downloaded ones and those that are still to be downloaded.
Columns
- Number — the order number.
- Date — the relevance date of the order. By it the program knows that the order has been rebuilt and has to be fetched again.
- Status — downloaded, to download, awaiting generation, up to date or deleted by the user.
- Order — the order name.
- Customer — the person who placed the order.
- Files — how many files of this order are on the disk, or the mark «not on disk».
The name and the customer are pulled from the server automatically at start and by the «Load order data» button. What could be saved survives a restart of the program.
Search and filter
The search line filters by the number, the name and the customer at once. The drop-down list shows one of the groups: all, downloaded, to download, awaiting generation, to delete.
What can be done with an order
A double click opens the order card. The right mouse button opens the menu:
- Open the card — the same as a double click.
- Open the order folder — in Explorer.
- Copy the number — to the clipboard.
- Copy the order to a folder… — export all the files of the order somewhere else, to a flash drive for example.
- Delete locally — erase the files from the disk and mark the order for downloading again.
- History — all the events of the order: when it was downloaded, when it was rebuilt, when it was deleted.
The separate «Delete» button behaves differently: it erases the files and marks the order as removed by hand, so that it does not come back. The difference between the two deletions is explained in the article Delete an order and download it again.
The «Compare folders» button
It opens the window comparing the orders folder with the machine folder: you can see what was copied, what was not and what is extra. See The «Folder comparison» window.
Limitations
- There is no sorting by columns — only the default order, filter with the search.
- You cannot delete several orders at once on this tab: group deletion is in the folder comparison window.
- There is no export of the list to a file.
