The card opens with a double click on an order on the «Orders» tab. It is a separate window on top of the main one; the data is pulled into it from the server, so for the first couple of seconds some of the fields are empty — at the bottom it says «Loading».
The tabs of the card
- General — date, customer, delivery, comment, links and the list of parts.
- API data — the full server response for the order as a tree. It is needed when you have to prove what the server actually sent.
- Events — the history of the order with the names of the managers and the names of the statuses.
- XNC status — the state of the CNC programs for the order on the server side.
- Calculation — the calculation data of the order.
- Files — the tree of the files of this order that are actually on your disk. A double click opens a file.
Each tab loads separately: if the server answered with an error for one of them, the rest will still be filled in.
QR codes and 3D
On the left of the «General» tab there are two QR codes: to the order form and to viewing the order in 3D. It is convenient to show them from the screen to the phone of a storekeeper or an assembler. In the block of links there is a «Order in 3D» line — the same link, which can be opened in a browser.
A double click on a part in the list opens its own separate 3D page. The language of the page is substituted according to the language of the program interface.
If the firm server does not hand over these links yet, the «Order in 3D» line is shown as a dash, and a double click on a part will open its label card — nothing breaks.
The list of parts
The columns: part number, name, dimensions, material and a link. The part number is the same one printed on the label, and the part is found in the workshop by it.
The buttons at the bottom
- Open the folder — the order folder in Explorer.
- Copy to a folder… — export all the files of the order to the selected place.
- Open on the site — the order form in a browser.
- Close.
What the card does not have
The order is only viewed here: it cannot be edited, that is done on the server. You also cannot refresh the data without closing the card — close it and open it again.
Not to be confused with the order card in the 1C exchange
This card shows the files and the contents of the order for production. If you have an exchange with an accounting system set up, it has its own card — for a manager, with amounts and actions on the order: The order card in the add-in, and turning an order into a document — Importing an order into a «Customer order».
