The wholesale module of iFurn.pro is a B2B platform that connects manufacturers of materials and hardware with companies serving end customers: furniture factories, dealers, installation crews, regional showrooms. The platform automates the full chain from Wholesaler to Partner and to the Partner's Client, turning manual work with price lists, stock balances and orders into a single information flow.

The same company can act as a Wholesaler in some deals and as a Partner in others. The platform supports both roles simultaneously and does not require splitting the accounting system.

Who it is for

For Wholesalers — manufacturers and large distributors

Manufacturers of chipboard, MDF, edgebanding, hardware, façades, countertops, films, laminate and related furniture products. Large wholesale warehouses that work with a regional dealer network. Anywhere there is an in-house warehouse with dozens or hundreds of SKUs and a network of regular partner buyers.

For Partners — furniture companies and dealers

Furniture manufacturers, cabinet workshops, dealers with a showroom, regional sales points, custom installation crews. Anywhere you need to expand the assortment without investing in stock and to automate purchasing of materials against confirmed customer orders.

Workflow scenarios

  • End-to-end order. The Partner's Client picks a material. If the SKU is in the Partner's warehouse — the order is fulfilled locally. If the SKU is not available at the Partner but is available at the Wholesaler — the Client sees the Wholesaler's stock with a label indicating the additional waiting time. After the Partner's manager confirms the order, the system automatically creates and sends a purchase order to the Wholesaler on behalf of the Partner.
  • Automatic product binding. The Partner binds specific SKUs to a specific Wholesaler. The purchase order is dispatched automatically without manual order creation.
  • Catalog expansion without stock. The Partner displays the Wholesaler's products in its own catalog without holding them on its own shelf. All SKUs work as one unified catalog.
  • Regional network. The Wholesaler covers new regions through a Partner network without opening physical sales points.
  • Direct and partner channels. The Wholesaler runs direct retail and Partner sales simultaneously, with separate stock balances and pricing rules for each channel.

Wholesaler capabilities

  • Separate stock balances for direct retail and for each Partner — the same SKU has different availability across channels.
  • Reserved minimum stock per SKU — a safety reserve that will not be consumed by any external order.
  • Individual markups and trading terms for each Partner: percentage over wholesale, absolute retail price, currency, credit limit, payment deferral.
  • Two-level conditions: common rules for the entire Partner network and individual rules for specific companies on top of the common ones.
  • Product availability control per Partner — each Partner sees only the assortment agreed for it.
  • Bulk operations: price list upload, mass update of conditions, mass removal of SKUs from sale.
  • Order feedback loop: every order placed by a Partner is visible in a single feed with transparent status.
  • Expansion of the sales network without opening sales points and without retail infrastructure investment.

Partner capabilities

  • Catalog expansion without inventory investment — the Wholesaler's SKUs are shown to the Client as part of the Partner's own assortment.
  • Two pricing modes: resale at the Wholesaler's retail price or resale with an own markup over the wholesale price.
  • Automatic creation of a purchase order to the Wholesaler the moment the Partner confirms a Client's order — no manual order entry by the manager.
  • Binding products to a Wholesaler — the system knows which Wholesaler to send the purchase order to for each SKU.
  • Transparent delivery lead times and minimum batches — information shown to the Client before checkout.
  • Separate control of retail and wholesale stock — own warehouse and the virtual "extended" warehouse of the Wholesaler are displayed independently.
  • Guaranteed supply from vetted Wholesalers with trading terms fixed in the system.
  • Individual conditions with each Wholesaler: own markup, own assortment, own delivery terms.

Two-level pricing and sales conditions

Sales conditions are defined on two levels.

  • Common conditions. Applied to all Partners at once. This is the base price list, base assortment, base markup rules.
  • Individual conditions. Stacked on top of common conditions for a specific Partner. They let you highlight key clients, give personal discounts, restrict or extend assortment, change currency and credit limit.

The system picks the rule automatically: for a Partner with an individual setup the individual condition applies, for the rest — the common one.

Catalog and filters management

  • Inclusion and exclusion of product categories for an individual Partner.
  • Per-SKU conditions: minimum batch, batch multiplicity, shipping lead time, markup.
  • Mapping of the Partner's article code to the Wholesaler's article code — accounting system exchange handles both codes.
  • Setting the Partner's own price for SKUs missing in its own warehouse — in this case the Wholesaler's price is not shown to the Client.

Supplier order automation

All needs from confirmed Client orders land in a single "needs" queue. The system groups needs by Wholesaler, optionally by delivery lead times and minimum batches, and produces ready supplier-order drafts. The Partner's manager confirms, edits or splits the order — once confirmed, it is sent to the Wholesaler automatically. On the Wholesaler's side the Partner's order appears as a regular wholesale order with the usual processing flow.

Supported assortment

The bulk of the catalog is panel materials (chipboard, MDF, plywood, countertops) and edgebanding of all types. The platform supports hardware, façades, films, laminate and related materials. There are no category restrictions — the Wholesaler loads any assortment agreed with the Partner network.

Accounting system integration

All key entities — product catalogs, stock balances, orders, deliveries, article cross-codes — are synchronized with the accounting system. The platform can act either as the master data source or as a subordinate system relative to accounting system/ERP.

Documentation

This page is a high-level overview of the wholesale system. Full technical documentation and an interactive Swagger reference describing all methods, parameters and integration scenarios are available to registered administrators of Partners and Wholesalers and are sent separately on request.
