Stock is tightly bound to catalog and orders: materials are reserved automatically when an order is created and written off as operations progress. Addressed storage (row-rack-cell) speeds up picking and stocktaking. The plan-vs-fact report helps procurement spot shortages in advance. Run a reconciliation at least once a month.
