The summary report is a short totals page for the selected period with an automatic comparison against the previous period of the same length. On a single screen you see three figures for "now" and three for "before" — materials, services, total.

Where to open

In the CRM side menu open the "Reports" section and choose "Summary". The report consists of filters and two blocks with figures.

Filters

  • "From" and "To" — boundaries of the current period. The length of the period (number of days) is also the step used to compare with the past.
  • "Currency" — currency for converting the totals.

For example, if you select 1 — 15 June, the previous period will be 17 — 31 May (15 days).

"Selected period" block

Three rows:

  • "Total materials sold" — revenue from materials.
  • "Total services sold" — revenue from services.
  • "Total for the period" — total revenue, highlighted in large font on the right.

"Previous period" block

The same three rows, but for the equal-length period before the current one. Compare the numbers visually — growth or drop is obvious at a glance.

How to use

  • Month over month — choose the 1st to 30th (31st) day to compare full months.
  • Week over week — choose Monday to Sunday.
  • Custom range — the system will always show a previous period of the same length.

What matters for the factory admin

  • The summary report does not include drafts and cancelled orders.
  • For an in-depth breakdown of revenue go to "By materials and services" or "By managers".
  • The comparison is always "period vs equal period", not "calendar month vs calendar month" — keep this in mind when reporting to management.
