The CRM interface is available in 11 languages. The switch is in the header on the right — next to the notifications and the sign-out button. Changing the language does not affect order, customer or report data — only the labels of menu items, buttons and tips change.

Where to switch the language

  1. Open any CRM page.
  2. In the top right corner click the globe icon next to the language name.
  3. Select the language you need from the dropdown.
  4. The interface reloads in the chosen language. The current page stays open.

Supported languages

The CRM is localised in 11 languages:

  • Русский (ru)
  • Українська (ua)
  • English (en)
  • Deutsch (de)
  • Polski (pl)
  • Română (ro)
  • Slovenčina (sk)
  • Latviešu (lv)
  • Lietuvių (lt)
  • Eesti (et)
  • עברית (he)

How the choice is remembered

The selected language is stored in the browser (in local storage), so the next time you sign in from the same browser, the CRM opens in the same language. On another device or in a different browser, you will need to select the language again.

What is translated and what is not

  • Translated: menu section names, page titles, field labels, buttons, error messages and tooltips.
  • Not translated: data entered by users — customer names, material names, comments, documents. These fields remain in the original language.
  • Printed documents (order specification, cutting card, labels) are produced in the current interface language.

If a translation is inaccurate

If you notice a typo or an inaccurate translation, report it to support. The platform can be updated without losing your data — the next builds will fix the issues you reported.

What matters to the factory admin

  • The interface language is a personal setting of each CRM user. Managers and admins can work in different languages simultaneously.
  • The language for printed documents comes from the current interface. If a customer asks for a document in a different language, temporarily switch the language, print it and switch back.
  • Hebrew is displayed right-to-left (RTL). If a template looks unfamiliar, that is normal for RTL mode.
  • The full list of available languages is managed centrally. To add a language, contact iFurn.pro.
