The gear ⚙ on the support page opens notification settings. Each user chooses themselves: which channels to use and about which events to receive notifications.

Delivery channels

The top block has five channels (only those available based on your profile are shown):

  • Email — sent to the address from the profile. Editable in the form (validated with the standard email format).
  • Telegram — sent by a bot to the phone linked to your profile. Format — international, starting with «+».
  • Viber — same as Telegram, via the same bot service.
  • In-system — the bell 🔔 feed on the site. This channel needs no address.
  • SMS — present as a stub; the real send is not enabled yet.

The checkbox next to a channel — on or off. If email/phone is missing from the profile, the corresponding row is not shown. Adding an email or phone is done in the main user profile.

The «event × channel» matrix

Below — a table. Rows are events, columns are your enabled channels. At the intersection — a «send / don't send» checkbox.

  • New ticket (where you are a watcher) — typical default: email ✓ / in-system ✓.
  • New message in a ticket — typical default: email ✓ / telegram ✓ / in-system ✓.
  • Ticket status change — typical default: email ✓ / in-system ✓.
  • You are assigned as responsible — typical default: email ✓ / telegram ✓ / in-system ✓.
  • You are added as a watcher — typical default: only «in-system».
  • Parent ticket change — off by default.
  • Order linked/changed — off by default.

The default checkboxes appear the first time you open the gear (or the first time a notification is auto-delivered to you). After that you can change the matrix any way you want.

Saving

The «Save» button applies the settings. The next event in any ticket will be delivered using the new matrix. Already sent notifications are not re-created.

«Cancel» (or Esc / click outside) closes the modal without saving.

Useful scenarios

  • «Email only» — uncheck telegram/viber/in-system columns for all events. The bell will show nothing, the bot too.
  • «Bot only» — keep only telegram (or viber); uncheck email and in-system. The bell will stay silent, no email will arrive.
  • «Don't disturb for trivia» — keep only «New message» and «Responsible assignment»; uncheck the rest.
