The payroll report is the final document of the payroll module. It collects every closed operation of the workers over the chosen period, multiplies them by the shift plan rates and adds fines and bonuses from additional documents. The result is the amount to pay each employee.
The section is available through the "Salary" dropdown menu in the top CRM panel.
Where to open the report
The "Payroll report" menu item lives in the payroll module. Before generating it, pick the period (dates from/to) and, if needed, a specific worker or team.
Report structure
For every worker the report shows three blocks:
- "Pay for work" — the sum for closed operations broken down by service.
- "Fines" — amounts from the additional documents of the shift.
- "Bonuses" — bonuses from the additional documents of the shift.
Calculation logic
The amount per operation is taken from the rate of the shift plan and depends on the range the worker's total operation count falls into: "below norm", "norm" or "above norm". If the worker crosses a range boundary during the shift, previous operations are recalculated at the new level.
Drill-down and export
Clicking an amount opens the list of operations that produced it: shift, order, part, service, rate. The report can be exported to Excel and used as the basis for the accounting payroll sheet.
What matters for the factory admin
The report is built only from closed shifts — while a shift is open its accruals are not final. Before submitting for payment, reconcile the report with the actual marks: a discrepancy almost always means a shift that was never closed or a worker duplicated across two teams. Issue fines and bonuses on the day of the event, not retroactively, otherwise they fall outside the current period.
