«My orders» is the cabinet's working screen: every project a client has in the current firm lives here. The section opens by default after signing in and works as a large table with filters, pagination, and per-row actions.
Creating a new order is covered separately — see «Creating a new order».
What the table shows
Each row is one order. The columns:
- № — the order identifier (ID) in the system; if present, the external code is shown next to it in square brackets.
- Name — the project title set on creation.
- Status — current stage: «in editing», «confirmed», «confirmed for production», «completed», «shipped», «cancelled». Full list lives in the «Order confirmation» category.
- Date — the date the order was last changed.
- Action — a set of icons on the right: open, download, delete, more.
Filters
Above the table — a filter panel. Filters combine: search works on the intersection.
- Name — text search over the title.
- Code — the internal order code (e.g.
tcT154Tm). - ID — the numeric order identifier.
- Status — dropdown with all statuses.
- Date (from) and Date (to) — change-date range.
The filter panel has «Search» and «Reset filter» buttons: «Search» applies the entered conditions, «Reset filter» clears all filter fields with one click and restores the full order list — there is no need to clear the values by hand.
Per-row actions
Icons to the right of every order:
- Open (pencil) — shows a popup with the date of the order's last edit; clicking the date opens the project page: parts, materials, edges, operations, cutting.
- Additionally (blue «i» icon) — opens the modal with order details: contacts, addresses, blanks, cutting cards, order files (you can add your own), items and totals. Appears only for a confirmed order. Details: «Order card».
- Archive order (trash) — the order is not deleted but moved to the archive, and you have to state a reason. See «Archiving an order» below.
- Download project (down arrow) — saves an
.ifpfile: iFurn.pro's own encrypted format that cannot be imported into third-party CAD tools. The file can only be opened back in iFurn.pro via "Upload project"; files from other programs are handled by a separate import feature. - Leftovers icon — a marker that the order uses planned or real warehouse leftovers. Hover for an explanation.
Pagination
Below the table — a paginator. The page size is fixed: as the number of orders grows, narrow the list by date or status to find what you need faster.
Contextual help
Next to the «My orders» heading in the sidebar is a «?» icon — it opens a built-in step-by-step hint for the section. If you need to dig deeper into an action, refer to this article or to «Creating a new order».
Archiving an order
The trash icon does not delete the order — it moves it to the archive. A window titled «Order archiving» opens with the order code in the title, along with the «Archiving reason» field: describe why the order is being archived.
The reason is mandatory: at least 10 characters, at most 500. A counter sits under the field — while the text is too short, the left part shows how many characters are still missing, and the right part shows the current length and the limit (for example, «7 / 500»). The «Archive» button stays disabled while the reason is shorter than the minimum; as soon as the length is enough, the left part of the counter switches to «Done». Changed your mind? Just close the window and nothing happens to the order.
The reason is stored together with the order in the archive, so later it is clear why exactly it was removed. HTML tags are stripped from the reason, so there is no need to format the text — a plain description is enough. If the server rejects the archiving (for example, the order cannot be removed in its current state), the cabinet shows the reason for the refusal in your language.
