Before you can work with a partner's catalogue, you have to connect to them. A connection is a request from one factory to another; until the other side confirms it, neither the catalogue nor the prices are available. Requests and confirmations are gathered in the "Connection request" section.
The section is available through the "Wholesale company" dropdown menu in the top CRM panel.
Two tabs and the direction of the request
The table has two tabs:
- "Wholesalers" — requests where you act as the wholesaler (a partner contacted you). Here you confirm the connection to the partner's client.
- "Partners" — requests you sent to buy from another factory. That side confirms them.
How to send a request
- Open the "Wholesale firms" section (the "Add wholesale firms" button is also available from the requests page).
- Find the factory in the list or submit a new request.
- Once sent, the request appears on the "Partners" tab in waiting status.
How to confirm an incoming request
- Go to the "Connection request" section, the "Wholesalers" tab.
- Find the request row and click the confirm button — the "Confirm request" modal opens.
- In the "Client" field pick a client from the list (search by name, e-mail and phone).
- Click "Send". CRM creates the connection and the partner gains access to your catalogue.
The client binding is needed so that the partner's wholesale orders land in their client card and are counted in the overall statistics.
How to cancel a request
Every row in the list has a cancel button: if you no longer need the request, click it and the request is removed. An already confirmed connection can be removed the same way.
What's important for the factory admin
- Without confirmation the partner sees neither catalogue nor prices — even if the firm is in the register.
- There is one request per pair of factories. If duplicates appeared by mistake, delete the extra ones.
- A confirmed connection can be reset by removing it and submitting a new request.
- Removing a connection does not remove the history of past orders between the factories.
