Section in the admin panel: Parameters → Firm message templates (URL: /admin/message_firm.php).

What this is

Specific email and SMS templates for each Message type. Subject, body, variables. When an event of the corresponding type happens — your template is taken and sent to the customer.

Fields

Message type
Required. Picked from the Message types. Which event the template is bound to.
Email subject
Required. For example: "Your order No. {order_code} has been accepted for processing".
HTML body
Main content. Supports HTML markup. Variables are substituted inside via `{var}`.
Text body (fallback)
Plain text version. If the recipient has no HTML — they see this text.
Active
Checkbox. If disabled — no emails are sent for an event of this type.

Variables

The variables actually substituted by the system when sending:

  • {client_name} — customer name
  • {phone} — customer phone
  • {email} — customer email
  • {date} — order date
  • {order_code} — the order number the client sees
  • {order_number} — internal order number (used for integrations; may differ from the number the client sees — use {order_code} for that)
  • {order_name} — order name
  • {firm_name} — your firm's name
  • {reason_status_change} — reason for the status change (for order status-change notifications)

There is currently no variable for the order total — the platform does not provide one.

The exact list is available in the description of each message type.

Template example

Subject: Your order No. {order_code} is ready for pickup

Hello, {client_name}!

Your order from {date} is ready.

Contact phone: {phone}

Thank you for your order!
— {firm_name}

Actions

  • Create template — pick the type, fill in the subject and the body.
  • Test — the Message test section allows you to check the rendering of the template before sending to the customer.
  • Disable — uncheck "Active", the template is preserved but not used.

What matters

  • Each firm has its own set of templates. Only yours changes — not those of other firms.
  • Variables are substituted case-sensitively. `{Client_Name}` is not the same as `{client_name}`.
  • If the template contains a syntax error in a variable — the email may be sent with the literal `{var}` in the text. Check via Message test.
  • Long HTML templates are better composed in an external editor and copied here, rather than typed directly into the textarea.
