Search

The entire iFurn.pro service is available through the API. Actions a manager performs in the admin panel — creating an order, changing a status, marking a part ready, moving a pallet, opening a shift, calculating payroll, exchanging the catalog with the accounting system — can be triggered programmatically. Production data flows outward: to an online store, a mobile app, a CRM, a BI system, a partner's warehouse system.

Some capabilities exist only in the API and are not shown in the admin panel: batch operations, direct exchange with the accounting system, reports from CNC machines on the actual machining of a part, access to the order's timeline events, and cross-company wholesale flows.

Typical integration scenarios

  • Accounting systems. Two-way exchange of orders, prices, stock, and payment statuses.
  • Online store or configurator. An order from the customer's browser arrives in the admin panel with a ready cutting map, a CNC program, and a calculated cost.
  • Surveyor mobile app. A project created at the customer's site reaches the admin panel without manual data transfer.
  • B2B portal for partners. A dealer sees their own prices, places orders on behalf of the end customer, and reads production statuses.
  • Production machines and QR portal. CNC machines and label printers record completed operations through the API.
  • Analytics and BI. Export of statistics on orders, sales, material consumption, and operations.
  • Chatbots and notifications. Telegram, Viber, voice assistants — each calls the same API.

Main API sections

Orders — 28 methods

  • Retrieval and creation. Create an order, read a list by firm / customer / status / period, get a card with parts and services, calculate the cost before saving, import from the accounting system.
  • Status management. Into work, into production, into editing, cancellation, ready for shipment, shipped, in delivery, revert to the previous status.
  • Events and timeline. Order history: who changed a status, set a mark, or handed it over for delivery, and when.
  • Additional services. Attach your own services to an order or a part; queue an order for CNC program generation.

Production — 20 methods

  • Part marking. Set and clear the mark of a completed operation (cutting, edging, drilling, milling) for a part or a group of parts.
  • Packing. Mark a part as packed, clear the mark, clear packing marks. When the last part is packed, the order moves to "ready for shipment".
  • CNC operation statistics. Meters of cutting, running meters of edging, drilling counts by period, firm, material, and thickness.
  • Nesting, GL and QR. Get the cutting program, convert to a cutting map, a CNC report per part, the order's QR code.

Goods and materials — 17 methods

  • Item codes. Retrieve the catalog, search by code, by filter, by folder, update parameters.
  • Goods warehouse. Create a receipt, update stock, attach a product to an order, get stock levels at the moment the order was produced.
  • Additional info and material links. Arbitrary pairs "material — edge", "material — manufacturer", "item code — customer"; the firm's full nomenclature.

Customers and users — 18 methods

  • Customers. Search / create / update a customer, attach an external code, search by phone, bulk update of contacts.
  • Shop-floor workers. List of operators and storekeepers, creation, role assignment, password change, issuing a QR card for access to the QR portal.
  • Managers and salespeople. List, permission check, linking to points of sale, generating a new password.

Edge editor — 28 methods

  • Chamfer. CRUD over parameters and links with materials/edge.
  • Radius rounding. Cutter, allowance, and angle parameters.
  • Angle cut. Cutter parameters, material-edge links for each variant.
  • Recessed handles. J-profile, GOLA, spot; links with edge types and painting parameters.
  • Painting and links. Assign painting to a handle, link a color to an edge.

Wholesale trade — 31 methods

  • Partners. List of partners, properties (markup, currency, credit limit), linking a customer to a partner.
  • Wholesale goods. Search in the partner's catalog, product info, catalog exclusions, available material types.
  • Settings and prices. Individual product settings per partner, retail prices on top of wholesale ones.
  • Warehouse and retail. Linking points of the retail source of a product.
  • Wholesale orders. Order creation on the dealer's side, filtering, conversion into an internal order of the supplier firm.
  • Deliveries. Create a delivery from a wholesale order, list of deliveries, linking line items.

Payroll and plans — 22 methods

  • Shifts. Open, close, update, delete, list open ones; coefficients for holiday, night, and regular shifts.
  • Additional documents. Bonuses, penalties, adjustments tied to a shift and a worker; CRUD.
  • Rates and reports. Add a rate for a service, rates by firm, a summary report on workers for a period.
  • Plans. A default plan for a service, a plan for a specific shift, updating by service type.

Customer points of sale — 4 methods

Linking a customer to a branch/showroom so that an order automatically reaches the right manager: get, get the full list, set, delete.

Reference data and miscellaneous — 25 methods

  • Reference data. Platform firms, user roles, units of measurement, salesperson types, material manufacturers, currencies.
  • Types and statuses. Production services, service types, product types, order statuses.
  • Currencies. Add a rate, statistics of changes over a period.
  • Special positions (SP). Spot machining/services — CRUD over a position and its type.
  • Miscellaneous. Worker teams, warehouse cells, labels, a library of 3D objects, product images, project import/export.

Capabilities not available in the admin panel

  • Batch operations. Creating hundreds of orders in a single call, bulk moving a batch into production, bulk price-list updates.
  • Reading raw events. The full order timeline with timestamps of every change. The UI shows only the summary history.
  • Machine reports from CNC. The cut_part_report method is called by the machine's software after a part is finished — this is a real-time data stream from the shop floor.
  • Exchange with the accounting system. The 1c_make_order method and related ones — the accounting system's format one-to-one, without intermediate tables.
  • Parallel wholesale-trade flows. The 31 methods of the "Wholesale trade" section are intended for dealer integrations.
  • Partner customization. Individual prices, catalog exclusions, branch linking — programmatic configuration without editing in the admin panel.

The admin panel has a API Documentation section: interactive documentation in the Swagger style. For each method it specifies:

  • the HTTP method and endpoint;
  • required and optional request parameters, their types and allowed values;
  • a JSON request example;
  • a response example with field descriptions;
  • possible error codes;
  • a sandbox — sending a test request from the browser.

The documentation is updated automatically with platform releases.

Authorization and access

A request is signed with the firm's API key. The key is stored in the firm's card and issued by the support service. One key is used for the entire firm simultaneously from any number of clients: exchange with the accounting system, a mobile app, a chatbot, a BI dashboard.

Integration with the accounting system

The admin panel has an "Accounting-system integration sandbox" section: a list of the points where the service calls the accounting system (prices, stock, material-edge links). Each point can be tested with a real request and the accounting system's response can be seen. Once configured, the exchange runs automatically.

Pricing

Connecting the API has no separate fee. The API key is issued as part of the firm's overall support plan. There are no hard limits on the number of requests.
