"Cancelled" is a separate section with a list of orders in status 8 ("Cancelled"). An order gets here after manual cancellation by the manager or customer before production starts. Open it from "Orders → Cancelled".
What the section shows
The list is similar to "Current orders" but without status-change actions. You see: ID, external code, name, customer, manager, cancellation date, cancellation reason, who cancelled, total amount. Clicking the number opens the order card in read-only mode.
Filters
- "Cancellation date" — date range, defaults to current month.
- "Manager" — who managed the order before cancellation.
- "Customer" — search by name or phone.
- "Reason" — filter by cancellation reason text.
What you can do with a cancelled order
- View composition and comments — materials, services, action history.
- Download attachments — customer files and generated documents.
- Create a new order based on this one — if the customer changes their mind.
- Restore — to "Draft" status if cancellation was a mistake (manager-only).
What the factory admin should know
- You can cancel only orders in statuses 1–2 (draft or confirmed). After production starts a separate return process is used.
- It's good practice to provide a detailed comment in the cancellation reason — it feeds the cancellation-reason reports.
- Cancelled orders are excluded from revenue reports but appear in manager statistics.
