The project-order header in newgo has a set of tabs: «Summary», «Parts», «Cutting map» and so on. As soon as the order has at least one ticket, one more tab appears in the header — «Tickets (N)».
When the tab appears
The tab is shown only when N ≥ 1 — if the order has no tickets, the tab is not in the UI. This reduces clutter for a typical order with no support requests.
The counter in the tab title matches the badge on the wrench in the header — both read the same order ticket list.
What the tab contains
The tab displays a table of all the order's tickets:
- # — ticket number.
- Subject — a clickable link that opens the ticket in a new tab on the support page. Below the subject — a
Parts: #1, #2, …line with the numbers of linked parts (when any). - Status — a colored badge (new, in progress, closed, resolved, rejected).
- Last message — date and time of the latest reply.
- Opened — date the ticket was created.
Controls
In the tab header:
- «Refresh» — reloads the ticket list without reloading the page.
- «+ Create ticket» — opens the same modal as the wrench in the header (context «order»).
Why the tab exists separately
The wrench is convenient for a one-off open of a single ticket. The tab is useful when:
- The order has several tickets and you want to see them all in one table.
- You need a quick check of statuses and latest replies across all of them.
- It is convenient to move between several open tickets without expanding the dropdown each time.
