#323

"Part services" is the list of technological operations to be done on every order part: cutting, edging, drilling, milling, packing and so on. Each employee, at their workstation, marks in the portal the operations they have done. When the last operation of the last part is marked, the order automatically moves to the "ready to ship" status.

What the service list looks like

On the part card (or full order card) each service is a separate row with:

  • Service name.
  • Quantity (for example "4 grooves 12 mm wide", "42 holes d8").
  • A "done" checkbox (a field to mark it).
  • Sometimes — an expand button if the service has sub-types or linked sub-services.

Who sees what

The checkboxes are active (tappable) only for services the employee has rights for by service type. For example, if a worker specialises in drilling — the drilling buttons are active, edging and milling buttons are locked.

Rights are configured in the main iFurn.pro CRM, on the worker's card. If you should have rights for your service type — contact the production foreman.

How to mark a service as done

  1. Open the part card by scanning a QR or via a direct URL.
  2. Find the required service in the list.
  3. Tap the checkbox — the mark is saved immediately, without a separate "Save" button.

How to remove the mark (if you got it wrong)

Tap the same checkbox once more — the mark is removed. The order returns to the previous status (if it was moved to "ready to ship" by the last mark).

Automatic status transition

The system tracks how many services the order has in total and how many are marked done:

  • While there are unfinished services — the order stays in "In production" (or whatever was before).
  • All services done — the order automatically moves to "Ready to ship". The order timeline records this moment with the worker who made the last mark.
  • The last mark removed — the order returns to "In production", also with a timeline record.

What is logged automatically

  • Which service was marked / unmarked.
  • Who marked it (via the personal QR code).
  • The exact time of the operation.

These data go into the order history and are visible to the manager in the main CRM. The mark cannot be forged or bypassed via the portal interface — it is always tied to an authenticated worker.

What to do if the checkbox is not active

  • Make sure you are signed in via the personal QR code (the page has a separate scan field at the top).
  • Check that the checkbox matches your specialisation.
  • If you should have rights but the buttons are locked, the foreman should configure "Service types" on the worker's card in the main CRM.

If a part of the order is missing from the list

Open the part card by its own QR (not the QR of the whole order). Sometimes a full order list is split into pages — look further down or use search.
