The QR portal is a separate mobile site of iFurn.pro, designed for work from a smartphone or tablet right at the machine, in the warehouse or next to the rack. Its main job is to quickly scan QR codes and barcodes and to perform typical operations one-handed: receive an offcut, move it to another cell, mark a service as done, pack a pallet.
Who needs it
- Warehouse keeper — receiving offcuts returned after cutting, stocktaking, label printing.
- Order picker — building pallets, binding them to warehouse cells, printing labels.
- Production worker — opening a part by its QR, marking completed operations and, on defects, flagging the order as problematic.
- Manager / owner — a quick look at an offcut or an order status without opening the main CRM.
How it differs from the main site
- Tailored for the phone. Large buttons, compact tables, everything is designed for one-handed work.
- Minimum clicks. Most actions are a QR scan plus one tap.
- Camera always at hand. The scanner button is in the header on every page.
- Same account. The password and rights are shared with the main iFurn.pro site. You sign in with one account from any device.
How to open it
Open the address of your firm's mobile portal in the regular phone browser (the administrator will provide it). No apps need to be installed. To make it more convenient, pin a shortcut to the home screen ("Install as app" in Chrome, "Add to Home Screen" in Safari): the portal will then open in app mode, without the browser address bar.
Where to start
Sign in first — for most tasks this is signing in with the personal employee QR code. After login you land on the home menu, from which every work section is reachable.
