"Order assembly" is a separate mode for step-by-step work with finished goods. The warehouse employee packs the goods, issues them to the client, accepts returns — and every operation is logged into the order history with a binding to a specific worker and to the moment in time. The key thing: the system automatically checks that you are not issuing more to the client than was ordered.
Who can work in this mode
Only an employee (a warehouse / production worker) signed in to the portal with their personal QR code. A regular user — even a manager — does not see this section. This is intentional: every packing/issue/return operation has to be tied to a specific physical person for the audit.
Three operations
Packing
The employee has packed the order parts into a pallet or a box. They tap "Pack" on the row of the relevant item — the system records that this item is ready for issue. There is no need to specify quantity — packing records the fact, not the volume.
Issuing
The client arrived to collect the order. The employee taps "Issue", enters the quantity (in the same units the item is counted in: pieces, m², linear m) — the system records the issue.
Protection from over-issue. Before saving the issue the system computes: total ordered minus already issued = how much can still be given out. If you try to issue more, the operation is rejected with a message like "Too much, remainder available for issue: N". This is insurance against situations where a client accidentally gets one part more than they paid for.
If the item was not packed (the packing step was skipped), the system will automatically register the packing before the issue — you do not have to tap it separately.
Accepting a return
The client brought back previously issued goods (defective, did not fit, picking error). The employee taps "Accept", enters the quantity — the system records the return. The further fate of the accepted goods (write off, repair, repack) is outside the portal, in the main CRM.
How to use
- Open the "Orders" section from the portal home menu.
- Switch to assembly mode (the matching button in the section header).
- Authenticate by scanning the personal QR code (if you have not done it on portal sign-in).
- Open the order card — by scanning a part QR or the order code.
- In the items list, use the "Pack" / "Issue" / "Accept" buttons on the relevant rows.
What is recorded in the system
- Date and precise time of the operation.
- The worker (via the personal QR code).
- Quantity (for issue and acceptance) and binding to a specific offcut, if there is one.
- Type of operation (packing / issue / acceptance).
The whole history goes into the order timeline and is visible to managers in the main iFurn.pro CRM.
Shipping the order in full
If the order has been fully issued and you need to set its status to "shipped" (instead of recording per line) — after scanning the order code the screen shows a "Ship order" button. Tapping moves the whole order to the shipped status and records the date.
If "Pack / Issue / Accept" buttons are missing
- Not signed in as an employee — sign in with the personal QR code.
- Signed in as a regular user — this mode is not available to you by design.
- An old version of the orders section is open — switch to assembly mode in the header.
If an issue is rejected
The "Too much, remainder available for issue: N" message means you are trying to issue more than ordered minus what has already been issued. Reduce the quantity to the indicated remainder or investigate whether an earlier issue was wrong (via the order page in the main CRM).
