Every created pallet needs a label with its ID, dimensions, order code and a QR code. The label is stuck on a visible side of the pallet, so colleagues and the order picker can quickly identify and find it at shipment time.
What is on the label
- Pallet ID — a numeric identifier. Used in search and in support tickets.
- Order code + client name — so it is clear which order it belongs to.
- Pallet dimensions X × Y × Z in mm.
- Current warehouse cell at the moment of printing.
- QR code — the machine-readable identifier. One scan → the pallet card in the portal.
How to print
In the QR portal, for every pallet in the order's pallet card there is a button with the printer icon. Tapping opens a ready label layout for printing in a new tab — send it to the label printer or a regular A-format printer.
Why the QR is on the label
- Moving between cells — scan the label, pick a new cell (see "Creating, moving and deleting pallets").
- Confirmation at shipment — the scanner shows that you are giving out exactly the pallet that has to go to this client.
- Fast search — in a large warehouse with dozens of pallets, searching by ID alone takes long; a scan gives a result in a second.
If the label is lost or worn out
The pallet itself stays in the system — its internal ID is preserved. Just open it in the portal (by scanning the order code — the pallet will be in the list) and print the label again via the same printer-icon button.
If the QR does not scan
Check the cleanliness and physical condition of the label — a worn or creased print may not be recognised. Type the pallet ID by hand into the scan field — this is an alternative way to open the card without the camera.
Reprint via the main site
The main iFurn.pro CRM also supports pallet label printing — in the "Warehouse" section of the admin panel. Use it when you need to reprint massively (for example, to restore labels after a printer change).
