#318

The "Orders" section is the warehouse side of finished goods: where the assembled pallets physically lie, which cell they sit in, what has already been shipped to the client. Unlike "Inventory", which works with raw sheets, this section works with pallets — sets of parts already produced for a specific order.

Terms

  • Order — a client order in the iFurn.pro system, each with its own code and set of parts.
  • Pallet — the physical pallet/pack the assembled parts of the order lie on. One order can have several pallets (a large order is split into several physical transport units).
  • Cell — the warehouse location where the pallet is placed. A pallet is bound to one cell; the same cell can hold pallets of different orders.

Where it is

Portal home menu → the "Orders" button. Available to staff with warehouse rights and to users with extended access to QR features.

Main screen

At the top there is a scan field (or manual input). What you can scan:

  • The QR code or barcode of a pallet — the portal opens the pallet card: which order it belongs to, in which cell it sits, dimensions. From there you can also move it to another cell.
  • An order code (from the form, from a part QR label, from the card URL) — the portal shows all pallets of this order and the shipment button.
  • The QR of any part of the order — the portal locates the order itself from it.

What you can do

Who sees what

  • To enter the section at all — you need to be an employee or a user with QR access.
  • Order assembly (packing / issuing / accepting a return) is for employees only, via personal QR code. This is needed for accurate auditing: every action is tied to a specific worker.
  • A regular user (for example, a manager) sees the pallets and can move them, but cannot perform packing/issuing operations.

Links to other sections

  • Inventory — works with raw sheets (the material from which parts are still to be cut).
  • Part card — opens a specific order part (to mark services, flag the order as problematic and so on).
