After signing in you land on the home page — a short menu of large buttons. Exactly what you see there depends on your role and on the modules enabled for the firm.
Base buttons (visible to every worker)
- Inventory. Section for working with warehouse offcuts: scanning, moving between cells, write-offs, returns. More details: "Inventory".
- Orders. Managing order pallets in the warehouse and the assembly mode (packed → issued → return accepted). More details: "Orders and pallets".
Extra buttons (depend on rights)
- Receiving offcuts. Shows up only for workers with warehouse rights. More details: "Warehouse: receiving offcuts".
- Payroll. Available at firms with the payroll module enabled — leads to the external CRM payroll calculation.
Top bar
The following are always available in the top bar:
- The logo, leading to the home page.
- The QR scanner button (with the barcode icon) — opens the camera to read a code. Works on every page, not only on the home.
- The worker menu (name + sign-out button).
- The interface language selector.
If there are too few buttons
This means your account does not have the matching rights or the required module is not enabled for the firm. Contact the administrator — rights are configured on the main iFurn.pro site under "Users / Employees".
If the menu is completely empty
If after signing in you see only the "Home menu" heading and nothing more, your sign-in most likely was not completed. Try scanning the personal QR code again; if that does not help, contact the administrator.
