The "Prices" tab in the personal production cabinet lets you set your own prices for services and materials — separate from the shared price list that other clients see. The page can be viewed without payment; downloading and uploading the price list requires a paid production cabinet.
If you haven't set your own price for an item, the order uses a blank default price (euro), not the firm's shared price — someone else's price is never used in place of yours.
1. Download the spreadsheet
The "Download price list" button gives an .xlsx file in the cabinet's language with two sheets — "Services" and "Materials" — plus a "Help" sheet explaining the sale methods. Each row has: id, category, name, unit, sale method, currency and price (blank if you don't have your own price yet).
If you already have prices of your own, the file isn't ready instantly — the job is queued and processed in the background, without loading the server. Progress is shown in the "Job history" at the bottom of the page.
2. Upload the edited file
- Open the downloaded file — columns can be resized, autofilter is enabled.
- Only edit the "Currency" and "Price" columns — the rest are protected from editing. You don't need to touch unchanged rows, they'll be skipped on upload.
- Choose the currency in the "Currency" column — it holds a drop-down list with every currency available for personal prices. Euro is filled in by default only in rows where you have no price of your own yet. A value outside the list will not update the price: the row goes into the report with an error.
- Click "Upload". The file is checked for format and viruses, then queued for processing.
Job history
At the bottom of the page is a table of jobs (export and import) with date, type and status: "Processing", "Done" or "Error". A finished import has a downloadable report — how many prices were updated, how many rows were unchanged, and which errors occurred. Reports and files are kept for 7 days, then deleted automatically.
FAQ
- Why is the price blank? You don't have your own price for this item yet — the order will use the default price, not the firm's shared price.
- Why didn't re-uploading update anything? That's expected — the system compares values and only updates rows that actually changed.
- Can I upload the whole file having changed just a couple of rows? Yes, the file always contains all items — only change the ones you need.
