The "Remaining to finish" report shows which services for orders are still unfinished — overdue ones separately from those running on schedule. It is a working tool for the production team: you see what is burning and what is going according to plan.

Where to open

In the CRM side menu open the "Reports" section and choose "Left to do". A page opens with a counter, a service filter and two collapsible blocks.

Order counter

Above the filter is the overall "Orders" figure: the number of unique orders that currently have unfinished services. This figure does not depend on the chosen filter — it shows the real load on production.

"Service types" filter

A drop-down list of all service types with remaining work: cutting, edging, drilling, milling, etc. Choose a specific type to see its backlog in the two tables below.

"Overdue orders" block

Orders whose planned ready date has already passed while the service of the selected type is still open. Columns:

  • "ID" — order identifier.
  • "Service" — service name.
  • "Customer" — name, email, phone in one block.
  • "Quantity" — remaining volume of the service.
  • "Parts count" — how many parts are involved.
  • "Ready date" — planned date (also the reason the order is overdue).
  • "Action" — eye icon, opens the order card in a new tab.

Below the table is the quantity total for the selected service type.

"Orders in progress" block

Orders where the service is still open, but the planned date is still ahead. The column structure and total are the same as for overdue orders. This is the "healthy" production queue.

How to work with the report

  • Start the morning with the service type that has the most overdue orders.
  • Open orders via the "eye" right from the table — don't waste time on searching.
  • Call the customer straight from the "Customer" column — contacts are already at hand.

What matters for the factory admin

  • First choose a service in the filter — without it the tables are empty.
  • If many orders are overdue for one service, it is a bottleneck — look for the cause: material, equipment, performer.
  • The figures refresh as production closes services on orders.
