Order search in the payroll module helps you quickly find a specific order to mark its readiness or to verify payments. Without search you would have to scroll the whole shift — with it you open the right order in a couple of clicks and see the status of every operation on it.
The section is available through the "Salary" dropdown menu in the top CRM panel.
Where to open search
The "Orders" menu item of the payroll module opens a dedicated page with filters. The search covers orders attached to open and closed shifts.
Search filters
- "Order number" — exact or partial search by number.
- "Period" — dates from/to.
- "Shift" — filter by a specific shift or shift range.
- "Team" — orders the selected worker group worked on.
- "Readiness status" — orders with no marks, partially marked or fully closed.
Search results
The results table shows the order number, date, attached shift, total number of operations and the closed number. Clicking a row opens the order card where you can add or check a readiness mark.
Typical scenarios
- A foreman brings a paper sheet — find the order by number and mark the operations.
- A worker disputes a payment — find their orders for the period and reconcile the marks against the rate.
- An order has rolled into the next shift — check which shift closed it and under whose name.
What matters for the factory admin
Search shows only the orders that entered the shift through a plan or a group mark. If an order is not in the results, it is either not attached to the shift or the shift is not open. In the first case the production planner resolves the issue, in the second — open the shift before work starts.
