The "In production" section is the central screen for managing orders at every manufacturing stage. The screen is split into five tabs, each showing orders in a specific status. Switch between tabs by clicking the header.
Five tabs
- "Ready for production" — orders confirmed by the manager and the customer, ready to launch. Here you decide which orders to take into work and create production tasks.
- "In production" — orders taken into work. Current services and their readiness are visible; overdue orders are highlighted.
- "Completed" — orders where all production operations are finished.
- "Ready for shipment" — orders awaiting handover to the customer or courier.
- "Problem orders" — orders with blocked production access (the customer did not pass the DB check). They require a manager's decision.
Filters and sorting
Above the table is a filter block. Filters can be combined:
- Search by ID, code, name, customer, manager.
- Edge type (EVA, PUR, LAZ, no edge).
- Glue type (transparent, white, black).
- Materials and services (multi-select).
- Production queue and production task.
- Confirmation date range and production date range.
Sorting: by confirmation date, production date, queue, service total, order total, urgency.
What the order row shows
Each table row contains:
- Tech ID — internal number, external code, part count, CNC flag.
- Name of the project.
- Production point — address or workshop name.
- Confirmations — the date the manager confirmed the order.
- Production date — the planned date, editable by double-click.
- Customer — name with a link to the customer card.
- Actions — buttons: open details, change status, set problem, view CNC program.
Bulk actions
Check orders with checkboxes and click "Bulk transfer" — a window opens to choose the new status. Available transitions: cancel readiness, to production, completed, ready for shipment, shipped.
On the "Ready for production" tab the "To production" button opens a modal for creating a production task from the selected orders — with automatic volume calculation per service (cutting, edging, drilling, milling, grooving, stitching, trimming).
Order services
On the "In production" tab every order has a service list button — "Service list". The modal shows readiness checkboxes for each service. The production manager marks the completed ones and clicks "Send".
For a regular manager (without the CEO role) the "Send" button is disabled — view only.
Display settings
The gear icon in the toolbar opens a dropdown with checkboxes — you can hide or show individual table columns. Settings are stored in browser cookies.
What matters to the factory admin
- The available action buttons depend on the role: CEO and production chief (roles 3, 4) can change statuses 4–7; a manager (role 9) — only statuses 1–3.
- Overdue orders (production date in the past) are highlighted in red on the "In production" tab.
- The "Problem orders" tab shows orders with
client_DB_permit=0— the customer did not pass the check. - The "Total" button shows aggregated volumes by edge, material and services for the selected tab — useful for planning equipment load.
