Notifications and news are two different message channels in CRM. Notifications come through the bell icon on the right of the header: system messages, order statuses, reminders. News is a separate item in the top menu with publications from iFurn.pro — it only appears when there are unread items.

The bell icon

The bell sits on the right of the header, next to the profile icon. CRM polls the server every five minutes and fetches fresh notifications automatically.

To open the list, click the bell. If there are no notifications, the modal will be empty.

Notifications list modal

In the modal you see the full list. Each notification has:

  • Title and message.
  • Date.
  • An "Open" icon (when the notification links to an order or section).
  • A "Delete" icon — removes the notification from the list.

To close the modal, use the close button in the corner or click outside it.

Actions on a notification

The "Open" icon takes you to the related object — for example, the order card. After opening, the notification is marked as processed.

The "Delete" icon removes the notification without opening the link. Use it for system messages that need no action.

The "News" section

The "News" item in the top bar is a separate channel. These are publications from the iFurn.pro team: updates, releases, important changes.

The item appears in the header only when there are unread news. As soon as you open the section and read all publications — the item is hidden until the next news arrives.

Section content:

  • News cards with title, preview and date.
  • The full version opens on click.
  • An archive of read news is available via the filter inside the section.

What the factory admin sees

Notifications arrive based on role settings:

  • A manager — notifications for their orders and clients.
  • A supervisor — notifications for the whole factory.
  • A worker — notifications for their production tasks.

If notifications do not arrive — check the API connection in the CRM environment and the user role in iFurn.pro.
