The CRM main menu is a horizontal bar at the top of the window. From it you access every section: orders, clients, reports, the wholesale company, salary, news and support. On the right of the header you see a notifications bell and a profile icon.

Seven items in the top bar

From left to right the header contains:

  1. "Orders" — create, search, production, archive.
  2. "Clients" — client database and adding a new one.
  3. "Reports" — sales, managers, summary, work in progress, statistics.
  4. "Wholesale company" — suppliers, stock, partner orders.
  5. "Salary" — payroll, shifts, readiness. Appears only when the salary module is available.
  6. "News" — separate item. Appears only when there are unread news.
  7. "Support" — external link to the ticket system. Opens in a new tab.

The dashboard opens automatically after login.

"Orders" submenu

Click "Orders" — the list expands:

  • "Create order" — issue a new order.
  • "Active" — orders in progress. The number in brackets is the counter.
  • "Order search" — extended search across all orders.
  • "Production tasks" — tasks grouped by material.
  • "In production" — orders sent to production. The counter is in brackets.
  • "Problem orders" — blocked orders. The counter is in brackets.
  • "Shipped" — completed. The counter is shown only when non-zero.
  • "Product sales" — sale without production processing.
  • "Cancelled" — cancelled orders. The counter is in brackets.
  • "Orders archive" — last item in the list.

"Clients" submenu

  • "Add client" — form to create a new client.
  • "Clients" — full list with search and pagination.

"Reports" submenu

  • "By products and services", "By managers", "Summary" — main sales reports.
  • "Left to finish" — work in progress balance.
  • "Statistics" — CNC operations statistics.
  • "Material statistics" — material consumption and material-to-edge mapping.

"Wholesale company" submenu

  • "Connection request" — send a request to a supplier.
  • "Wholesale firms" — list of connected suppliers.
  • "My product stock" — your own warehouse balance.
  • "Needs" — purchasing needs.
  • "Partner orders", "My orders" — orders to suppliers and from partners.

"Salary" submenu

The item is visible only to users with access to the salary module (both role and worker link required). It contains:

  • "Default plan", "Service rates" — settings.
  • "Shifts" — create and close shifts.
  • "Readiness mark" — manual mark.
  • "Scanning" — mark via QR scanner.
  • "Readiness report", "Salary report" — summary reports.
  • "Orders" — order search inside the salary module.
  • "Personal data" — shown only to a worker linked to the account.

News and support

The "News" item appears in the header only when there are unread news. When everything is read — the item is hidden.

The "Support" item links to an external ticket system (on the API host) and opens in a new tab — you do not lose the CRM context.

Counters in brackets

Next to the items in the "Orders" submenu you see numbers in brackets — these are counters from the CRM state: active, in-production, problem, shipped and cancelled order counts. The numbers update automatically.

Profile popup (right side)

On the right of the header there is a round person icon. Clicking it opens a popup:

  • "Subscription paid until" and "Host paid until" — the payment dates. A firm with its own host has two of them and they are printed on separate lines; without an own host there is a single line, "Paid until". Access is closed by the earlier of the dates: 15 days before it the profile icon starts blinking, after the date it turns red. The same lines are visible in the firm settings and in the side menu.
  • "Material ↔ Edge" — material-to-edge mapping.
  • "Company settings" — company details and parameters.
  • "Logout" — sign out of the account.

To the left of the profile icon there is a bell icon — notifications. They are covered in a separate article.

What the factory admin sees

The set of items depends on role and settings:

  • If the user has no access to the salary module — the "Salary" section is not shown.
  • If the account is not linked to a worker — inside "Salary" there is no "Personal data" item.
  • The "News" item appears only when there are unread publications.
  • The "Support" item points to tickets on the API host — configure the API URL in the CRM environment.
