"Shipped" is a dedicated section with the list of orders moved to status 9 ("Shipped"). Orders land here automatically after a status change in the card or in the "Active" list. Open it from the menu "Orders → Shipped".
What the section shows
The list looks the same as "Active", but without status-change actions. Visible: ID, external code, name, customer, manager, shipment date, total, payment status. Clicking the number opens the card in "view only" mode.
Filters
- "Shipment date" — range, default current month.
- "Manager" — filter by the employee who handled the order.
- "Customer" — search by name or phone.
- "Amount from/to" — total amount range.
What you can do with a shipped order
- Print documents — specification, act, invoice remain available in the card.
- Download files archive — all attachments and generated documents.
- Create a new order based on this one — copy contents linked to the same customer.
- Change payment status — if payment arrives after shipment.
What the factory admin should know
- Shipped orders are kept indefinitely and feed into sales reports.
- Status 9 cannot be rolled back — customer returns use a separate return process (if enabled).
- Orders older than N months (configurable) are moved to "Order archive" to keep search fast.
