The personal cabinet is the client's workspace in iFurn.pro: a single page that shows all orders, profile, partner firms, delivery addresses, and tools for working with projects. It opens on the active firm's host at /account.

You reach the cabinet from the help-cabinet («Firms») — the «Personal cabinet» button on the active firm card opens newgo with a sign-in already completed through a signed auth-redirect.

Header

At the top of the page — the title «Personal cabinet» and the current firm name. On the right:

  • Language switch — changes the interface language; the choice is saved in the firm profile.
  • User name and avatar — show which account you are signed in under. You can sign out and switch the firm or point of sale via the corresponding items in the left menu.

Left menu

On the left — the list of cabinet sections. The basic set is the same for everyone; individual items depend on the type of cabinet and the number of connected firms. The «Firms» item appears when more than one firm is connected to the account. If you work on your own machines and do not order cutting and services from a partner firm, you need a separate production cabinet. The firms list has a dedicated «Personal production cabinet» tile for it: if the link to it does not exist yet, it is created with a single click — without contacting the administrators — and you land straight in the cabinet and work independently: receive production programs for the machines, manage the warehouse (cells, sheet material leftovers) and use the furniture module. That is why the warehouse sections and «Furniture module» are visible only in the production cabinet.

  • My orders — all the client's orders in this firm, filters, action buttons. Details: «My orders».
  • Tools — a directory of production tools.
  • Services — a directory of services with the firm's price list.
  • Storage cells / Sheet material leftovers / Planned leftovers — warehouse sections in the production cabinet. See «Tools, services and stock».
  • Furniture module — parametric templates for cabinet furniture (in the production cabinet).
  • Personal information — client profile: name, email, phone, messengers, social accounts. Details: «Personal information».
  • Firms — switching between connected firms (shown when there is more than one). Details: «Switching firms and points of sale».
  • Delivery addresses — the client's address book. Details: «Delivery addresses».
  • News — firm publications (when enabled).
  • Technical support — opens the ticket system in a new tab: create a ticket about an order, a part or a general question and correspond with support. Details: «Tech support».
  • Sign out — ends the session and returns to the sign-in page.

Information block

Below the menu — a card with the main user data: name, email, phone. Use it to confirm you signed in to the right account.

Trial version and payment

iFurn.pro operates in two modes depending on your role — this determines whether you need a subscription:

  • Customer at a partner firm (furniture-maker). You use the cabinet for free — no subscription, no design restrictions. The only thing not available is downloading CNC machine programs (cutting, drilling, edging): that is a producer's tool, not a customer's.
  • Own production. To receive programs for your own machines, you need a separate subscription — this is a paid feature. To enable it, contact technical support.

If a production firm's subscription is not paid, a «Trial version» panel appears below the information block with the limits:

  • no more than one order can be created;
  • no more than 10 parts can be added to a project;
  • parametric furniture cannot be created.

If the cabinet has just been created via the «Personal production cabinet» tile in the firms list, the same panel additionally explains what the production cabinet is for and what you can do in it.

The «Request invoice» button opens the payment form with the firm's details. Once a subscription is active, the panel is replaced by «Paid until date».

Contextual hints

Most menu items have a «?» icon next to them — a click opens a short modal with a step-by-step guide for that section. These are built-in hints, not to be confused with help articles.

Firm branding

At the bottom of the left menu — the firm logo. The cabinet appearance adapts to the firm's branding: colors and logo are set on the firm side.
