Some sections of the cabinet's left menu are only available to production firms — those with their own equipment, warehouse and team. These sections show what the firm has: which CNC tools, which services it offers, what's in the warehouse.
If you order services, these items do not appear in the menu — they are visible only if you are connected to the system as a manufacturer.
Tools
There is no separate «Tools» menu item any more: tools belong to the machine and are edited on the «Tools» tab of its card. Spindles — the sides a drill is mounted on — are set there as well. Details: My machines.
Services
The firm's service price list: cutting, edge-banding, milling, packaging and others. Each service has a name and price. Order cost is calculated from this list.
A client sees the services available without editing rights; for a production firm it is a full directory with price management.
Storage cells (for production firms)
The firm's warehouse grid: rows and slots where materials and finished orders are kept. Each cell has a code, dimensions and current contents.
A cell assignment in the order card tells the courier and the client where to pick up the finished product.
Remnants of sheet materials (for production firms)
After plate cutting there are usually offcuts — pieces not fully used but not waste. The section tracks each leftover by size and material.
When calculating a cut, the system can use leftovers instead of a new sheet, saving material and lowering order cost.
Planned remnants of non-whole sheet materials (for production firms)
Before running a cut, you can mark sheets that will definitely remain after production. These leftovers enter the warehouse in advance and are available for the next orders right after sawing.
Furniture module (for production firms)
Parametric templates for cabinet furniture: cupboards, kitchens, cabinets, tabletops. A template defines assembly rules (sides, shelves, doors), and the client only picks sizes and materials.
The module produces a ready project with parts and operations. It is the fastest way to assemble a standard product — especially when individual design is not required.
Subscription payment (for production firms)
At the bottom of the left menu — the «Request invoice» button (for trial accounts) or the line «Paid until date» (for active subscriptions).
Requesting an invoice opens a form where you specify the date until which you plan to use the service. After sending, the firm manager will contact you for payment. A subscription removes trial-version limits (1 order, 10 parts, no parametric furniture).
