The "Delivery addresses" section is the client's personal address book. Addresses are used when placing an order: instead of entering data again, you pick one of the saved ones. Addresses are tied to your client account and don't depend on which firm you're currently working with.
You can manage the address book two ways: right while placing an order, or in advance — in the general personal cabinet, in the "Delivery addresses" section of the left menu.
Firm first, then delivery method
If you're connected to several firms, a firm selector appears at the top of the page — the set of available delivery methods differs per firm (depends on the firm's country and what it has enabled). Pick the firm, then one of the shown methods.
Delivery methods
- Courier and Nova Poshta (Ukrainian firms only) — recipient type (individual/sole trader/company), full name or company name and tax ID, phone, region, city, street and house (or a Nova Poshta branch), payment method.
- SAT (Ukrainian firms only) — the same recipient data, plus a choice between address delivery and a branch/pickup point.
- International delivery (non-Ukrainian firms) — a simplified form: just a single address line and payment method.
- Self-pickup — recipient data plus the firm's warehouse you'll collect the order from (you can pick any of the firm's warehouses/sale points available for self-pickup).
Fields that need a city/street/branch (Courier, Nova Poshta, SAT) have search — start typing a name and a list of matches appears.
Adding a new address
- Pick a firm (if you have several) and click the button for the delivery method you need.
- Fill in the form. Required fields are marked with an asterisk — the set of fields changes depending on the values you pick (e.g. name fields only appear for an individual recipient).
- Save. The server validates the form and shows an error if something's filled in incorrectly.
Editing, deleting, default address
Next to each saved address are "Edit", "Delete" and "Make default" buttons (if the address isn't already default). The default address is suggested automatically when placing an order. Deletion asks for confirmation; already placed orders keep the address that was in effect at the time and aren't changed retroactively.
