For each part, newgo automatically assembles a technical drawing: the part view with dimensions, edge banding markup, CNC operation coordinates. The drawing is used as a workshop operator’s order sheet or as an attachment to the client contract.
What the drawing contains
- Part view in five projections (face and 4 edges).
- Part dimensions in millimeters.
- Type and color of edge banding on every side.
- All CNC operations with coordinates and operation parameters.
- Part name, project number, material, texture.
- Preview image, if attached to the part.
- All numbers are rounded to 0.1 mm — long decimal "tails" are not shown.
- Edge banding without its own letter designation gets a letter in alphabetical order (A, B, C…).
Every operation in the history has an "eye" icon: it can be temporarily hidden from the drawing without deleting it from the project; a whole group of operations has a shared visibility toggle.
Opening for print
In the part card — the "Print drawing" button. A separate tab opens with the drawing in A4 format, optimized for the printer. You can print individually or assemble a batch for all parts in the project.
