The worker's personal data card is the employee record in the payroll module. It stores the full name, phone number and internal code (code1c) that links the worker to accounting and to the equipment directory. Without a filled-in card you cannot assign the worker to a team or build a report for them.
The section is available through the "Salary" dropdown menu in the top CRM panel.
Where to open the card
The card opens from the workers list of the payroll module or by clicking the name in any report — either the readiness report or the payroll report.
What data is stored
- "Full name" — the employee's full name as in HR documents.
- "Phone" — contact number for operational communication.
- "External code" — internal code that carries accruals into accounting.
- "Equipment link" — assignment to a machine or area from the equipment directory.
How to add or edit
- Open the card from the workers list.
- Click "Edit".
- Fill in or update the fields.
- Save — changes apply to new shifts; accruals for already closed shifts are not recalculated.
Link to the shift
A worker enters a shift through the "Worker group" block. In one active group a worker can appear only once — this rule guards against double accruals. To move a worker to another team, first remove them from the previous group.
What matters for the factory admin
The external code is a critical field: if it is empty or duplicated, the salary will not reach accounting or will be assigned to the wrong employee. Verify it at the moment a new worker is added. A worker card that has marks in closed shifts cannot be deleted — the history would be lost. Deactivate the employee instead.
