CNC operations statistics is a report on the CNC operations the factory performed during the month: drilling, grooving, milling, rabbet cutting. It is used to understand machine load and to price non-standard operations.

Where to open

In the CRM side menu open the "Reports" section and choose "Statistics". A page opens with filters and two columns: general statistics on the left, breakdown by the chosen filter on the right.

Filters

  • "Month / Year" — required filter, defaults to the current month. All other figures are calculated within this month.
  • "Customer" — a specific customer. Once selected — a breakdown for them.
  • "Manager" — the manager who handled the orders.
  • "Orders" — a specific order from the month's list.

The filters are mutually exclusive: choose either a customer, a manager, or an order. Changing one resets the others.

General statistics

The left column shows total operations for the month across the factory. Indicators:

  • "Bore" — drilling: number of holes, breakdown by diameter.
  • "Paz" — grooving: number of grooves, breakdown by tool diameter.
  • "Frez" — milling: number of operations, split between imported contours and templates.
  • "Trough" — rabbet cutting: quantity and type.
  • Other operations — counter by type.

Breakdown

If a customer, manager or order is chosen, a block with the same indicators appears on the right — but only for the selected slice. Above the block is the customer/manager name, or "Manager: X. Customer: Y" pair for an order.

How to use

  • End of month — review the overall load: which operations were more frequent and which were less.
  • Dispute with a customer over an invoice — select them and the order, show the actual number of holes and grooves.
  • Bonus pool — switch between managers and count by actual operations, not by revenue.

What matters for the factory admin

  • Statistics is collected from the cutting card and order calculations — without measurements on the equipment itself.
  • If a month is empty, no orders were dispatched to production that month.
  • For a per-material analysis, use the "Materials statistics" report.
