You can now pay for your platform subscription with a card straight from the cabinet. Before — only an invoice and a wait; now — a single page that shows what is left of your current period, lets you pick a new one and takes the payment to the bank.

How to pay

  • Open Cabinet → Payment.
  • In the "Extend subscription" block pick a period — a "Access until …" label appears next to it: the system shows the exact date to which your access will run. The countdown starts from the period already paid for: not from today, but from "the next date after the one already covered".
  • Press "Pay by card". The Monobank payment page opens — enter your card details and confirm the payment.

What happens after the payment

As soon as the bank confirms the payment, the platform extends your access itself and adds a record to your payment history. No need to wait for a manager to confirm anything — you can get back to work right away.

Payment history

All your charges are on the same page, below the payment block. Date, amount, method, and the date each payment extended access to. You can hand the history to accounting as a statement.

Need an invoice for a legal entity

Online card payment is convenient but not the only way. If your organisation needs bank transfer with an invoice, write to support — we will issue the invoice and the supporting documents.

If the payment fails

The bank may decline a payment — because of a limit, 3-D Secure protection or the card expiry date. In that case the platform does not extend access and no money is taken from the card: try again with another card or contact support — if a charge went through without access being enabled, we refund it quickly.
