The «Matching» tab links your items with the items of the iFurn.pro catalogue. The item code is saved to the program as the 1C code of the platform item — after that prices, orders and the whole rest of the exchange work. Without a link the item does not take part in the exchange.
How to work with it
- «Fill» — the items of the selected group are shown. With the «Unmatched only» checkbox — only those that have no link yet.
- «Suggest automatically» — the data processor looks for an item by article and by name and ticks the rows it has found.
- Check the «Platform item» column. If it is wrong, untick the row, enter the ID by hand or press the selection button in the ID column: the «Platform item selection» window opens, with filters by type, sizes, category and producer.
- «3. Save matches to the program». Only after that the link is stored.
Columns
«BAF code», «Article», «BAF item», «Platform item ID» (can be typed in or chosen with the button), «Sale method», «Platform item» (the name), «Status». An item that is already linked — one whose code or article is in the firm's price list — is shown with the status «matched (code …)».
How the automatic suggestion works
- It searches only among items without a 1C code — it does not touch those already taken.
- It does not offer one item to two rows: goods are linked one to one.
- A match means the article and the name — at least half of the words, plus a match of the decor number and the size.
- What is found is only a suggestion («suggested by «…» — please check»). Nothing is saved until button «3» is pressed.
The data processor sets the sale method itself when saving: sheet materials — by sheet, everything else — piece / m² / r.m.
Statuses
- «not found — enter the item ID manually» — the automatic suggestion did not manage it.
- «there is no platform item with ID N» — a wrong ID has been entered.
- «error: no such item in the platform catalogue (client material or a deleted item)» — choose another item.
- «error: this 1C code is already used by another platform item» — this item is already linked with another platform item. Remove the old link first.
- «in the program queue … operation N» — there is no connection to the server, it will be saved by itself. Check later with the «Fill» button.
If there are many items
For large lists there is matching with AI — the «AI» button on the same tab.
If the «Upload own item names» checkbox is ticked on the «Connection» tab, then together with the match the name of your item will become the name of the item on the platform — and clients will see it.
