The «Platform item selection» window is opened with the selection button in the «Platform item ID» column on the «Matching» tab. It works for the current row — the name of your item is shown at the top of the window.
Filters
- Platform category — together with its subcategories.
- Search by name.
- Producer.
- Type — sheet material, edge, goods.
- Sizes X, Y, Z.
- «Without 1C code only» — on by default: only items that are not linked yet are shown.
The list is refreshed right after the filter is changed. «Search» refreshes it by force, «Reset filter» clears everything except «Without 1C code only».
Columns and the limit
ID, name, producer, size, type and «1C code» (if the item is already linked, these are the codes of its price list rows). Up to 300 items are shown; the total number found is written at the bottom. If more were found, narrow the filter.
Selecting
A double click or «Select» — the item is put into the matching row: ID, name and sale method (for sheet material — by sheet). It is saved only with the «3. Save matches to the program» button on the tab itself.
The filters are remembered: the next selection will open with the same settings.
An item that already has a 1C code
If the item you have chosen already has a 1C code, it means it is linked with another item. Goods are linked one to one, so saving will replace its code. Choose such an item only when the old link is wrong.
