The readiness report shows how many order operations have already been closed and how many are still pending across shift, team and service. It reveals the real production tempo and bottlenecks — without it the payroll report is built blind.

The section is available through the "Salary" dropdown menu in the top CRM panel.

Where to open the report

The "Readiness report" menu item lives in the payroll module. Before generating it, pick the shift, the team and optionally a specific order or service.

What is in the table

The report table is built on the "Left to make" block: for every service it shows the total number of operations across the selected orders, how many are closed and how many are in progress. The figures can be drilled down to the order and part level.

Filters and groupings

  • By shift — which operations are closed within a specific shift.
  • By team — the contribution of each worker group.
  • By service — which kinds of work are slower than the rest.
  • By order — the readiness status of a specific order.

How to use it day to day

At the start of the shift the report shows the plan: what must be closed. In the middle of the shift it tells you whether the tempo is right and the resources are enough. At the end of the shift it shows the leftovers that should be carried over or prioritised.

What matters for the factory admin

The readiness report is the main tool for checking the actual workload of teams. If operations remain open after the shift is closed, that work will be paid in the next shift or not paid at all — check before closing. Regular "unclosed" operations from the same person are a signal for a discipline conversation.
