Firms in iFurn.pro are suppliers of panel and edge materials and processing services: companies that accept orders, cut and process the materials, and ship finished parts (not finished furniture). A single account lets you work with several firms at once and switch between them inside the cabinet.
All connected firms live in the «Firms» section. Each firm appears as a card with its own contacts, order statuses, and a button to open its personal cabinet.
What a firm connection gives you
- One account, many firms. No separate sign-ups for each; one sign-in covers them all.
- Direct access to the firm cabinet. The firm card opens newgo, where you create and track orders.
- Order history at hand. The section shows order counts per status.
How to connect a firm
- Open «Firms».
- In the «Available to connect» block, tick one or several firms.
- Press «Connect selected». They move into the «Connected firms» block.
Right after connection the firm card shows a contacts toggle; status badges appear once the firm has orders. To place the first order, switch the firm to active and open its cabinet — see below.
How to switch between firms
The active firm is the one your current session acts under. Its card shows the «active» mark and the buttons «Personal cabinet» + «+ New order».
- Find the firm in the connected list.
- Click «Set active». The page refreshes and the «active» mark moves to the chosen card.
- Click «Personal cabinet» — newgo opens on that firm's host with an auth-redirect sign-in (no second login).
What the «Firms» section shows
- Contacts. The «Contacts» toggle reveals the firm's phones, email, website, and address.
- Status badges. Number of orders in each status (in editing, confirmed, in production, ready, shipped, etc.). Click expands the list.
- Expected deliveries. For the active firm — the nearest delivery dates (planned production date + 2 working days).
- Order history and messages. Clicking an order row opens a window with details and history: status changes and messages from the firm. The ✉ envelope with a number appears next to an order only when it already has messages.
How to disconnect a firm
An inactive firm with no orders shows a cross button — it disconnects the firm from the account. The firm itself and its data on the iFurn.pro side are not deleted; the firm simply disappears from your connected list.
A firm with orders or the active one cannot be disconnected. First switch to another firm and wait for open orders to close.
