Readiness marking is the action by which a worker or foreman closes a completed operation on a part or a package. Every mark counts toward payroll at the rates of the active shift plan. Two ways are available: manual marking inside the order card and scanning the part QR code.
In the "Salary" dropdown of the top CRM panel these are two separate items: "Readiness marking" — manual marking of operations in the order card; "Scanning" — closing operations with the scanner against the part QR label.
The "Readiness marking" section
In the "Readiness marking" menu item you first pick the active shift and the team the worker belongs to. Only after the shift is selected does the list of orders become available with filters by date, status and number.
Marking by part
- Open an order from the list.
- In the part row click the service-marking button.
- In the modal mark the completed operations (cutting, edging, CNC, etc.).
- Save — the operations are added to the shift and linked to the worker.
Packaging marking
Packaging operations use a separate "Packaging" modal where you mark the readiness of bundles and sets. If the packaging must be redone, the "Clear packaging marks" button wipes all packaging marks of the order at once.
Group service marking
The "Group service marking" button opens a window in which selected services can be closed for several parts of the order in one action. This speeds up the work when a team has performed the same operation (for example, edging) across the whole batch.
"Scanning" section
The "QR scanner" page waits for a part barcode to be scanned from a label. Every successful scan automatically marks the next operation due on that part. If the part is not found or the operation is already closed, the scanner shows a hint and does not register the mark.
What matters for the factory admin
QR labels are printed from the order — without them the scanner does not work. If a foreman closes an operation by mistake, only the factory admin can undo it before the shift is closed. After the shift is closed the marks are frozen — corrections go through additional documents only (fine/bonus).
