The cart has a packaging section — it shows the boxes of the order and their cost. The packaging itself is assembled in a separate editor, and its total gets into the cart.
What is shown
The packaging section in the cart has two tabs:
- cost — boxes with sizes, the number of layers and parts, weight (gross and net) and the cost of each box;
- materials — the consumption of packaging materials (cardboard, corner, padding, tape, printing) by box.
At the bottom — the total weight and the total packaging cost.
Where the packaging comes from
The boxes are formed in the packaging editor, not in the cart: there the parts are laid out into boxes, and from the ready layout the weight, consumables and cost are calculated. The packaging cost is part of the order total.
