The cost of positions in the cart can be adjusted manually — by setting a discounted price. This is done by the firm manager; for a regular client the discounts are not editable.
Discounted price
In the materials, services and goods tables there is a «With discount» column. The manager clicks the edit icon in the row and enters a discounted unit price — it replaces the base price for this position, and the sum and the total are recalculated automatically.
The discount is set per position separately: you can lower the price of a particular material, service or goods item without touching the others.
Who sees it
The discount fields are visible only to the firm manager. If the base price and the discounted price differ, both are shown in the row — the previous one crossed out, the active one next to it.
Other calculation adjustments
Other cart settings also affect the cost:
- the board material calculation method — «Materials and board calculation method»;
- urgent and combined calculation — «Urgent and combined calculation».
The «Remains to the client» toggle, on the other hand, does not affect the cost: the unit being charged — a whole sheet or the chosen half — is paid for in full either way, and the checkbox only decides whose the offcut is — «Leftovers to the client».
