The product constructor is where a ready product turns into a set of parts for your order. You choose a product, set the sizes and materials — and it unfolds itself into parts with all the drilling, grooves, milling and edge banding.
Choosing a product
First the product catalog opens, with cards: image, name, short description and the allowed sizes (by width, height and depth). To find a suitable one quickly, there are size filters — set the needed dimensions, and only the products that fit them stay in the list. The chosen product is added with the «Add to project» button.
Tuning for the order
After it is chosen, the product is tuned for the specific order:
- Sizes — width, height, depth within the product's allowed limits;
- Quantity — how many such products are needed;
- Materials — what to make it from (different parts of the product can have their own materials);
- Edges — which edge to use;
- Parts — which parts of the product to include and which not (for example, without the back panel);
- Additional parameters — if the product has its own variables, they can be set within the allowed limits too.
Adding to the project
The «Add product» button assembles the product by the set parameters and adds it to the project — with all the calculated parts and processing. An already added product can be opened and reassembled with new sizes or materials.
