iFurn.pro is built as one unified platform: the cutting designer, the CRM, the factory back office and the client cabinet are all different faces of the same system. That is why there is only one way in: you sign in on the iFurn.pro portal once, and from there every part of the platform recognises you automatically.
One sign-in — every tool
Each section used to ask for its own login and password: one for the designer, another for the admin panel, another for the CRM. That created confusion, especially when several factory employees were working from different places. Today it works differently: after signing in to iFurn.pro, you land exactly where you usually work — in the CRM, in the cutting plan, or in your own client cabinet. Switching between sections is free, and you don't need to enter your password again.
Who can sign in
- Factory employees — managers, technologists, operators. The account is created by the factory administrator and immediately gives access to the CRM and to the tools the role needs.
- Factory clients — customers, designers, independent craftsmen. They sign up themselves or by invitation from a manager, and after signing in they land in the client cabinet with their own projects and orders.
- Partners and integrators — external contractors and services. They also receive accounts with limited access to just the sections they need.
Ways to sign in
You can sign in to the platform in several ways — pick whichever is convenient right now:
- E-mail or phone and password. The classic flow: enter your login and your permanent password.
- Passwordless — with a code from a message. Enter your phone number or e-mail, and iFurn.pro will send a one-time code via SMS, Telegram, Viber or e-mail. Handy if you have forgotten the password or are signing in from someone else's device.
- Through Google. One click and you are in. iFurn.pro does not see your password for the social network.
- Through Telegram. Confirmation through the iFurn.pro bot in Telegram — no codes to copy by hand.
If you have forgotten your password
Use the "Forgot password?" link under the sign-in form — iFurn.pro will send an e-mail or a reset code. Or, even simpler, don't reset the password at all and sign in with a one-time code: that is enough for a single visit, and you can set a new password from inside the cabinet later.
What matters to the factory administrator
- Accounts for managers and workers are created in the firm settings. Every role comes with its own set of available tools.
- Resetting an employee's password also happens through the settings — no need to ask support.
- The session is preserved between visits; entering the password again within the same working day is usually unnecessary.
Security
Every session is tied to a device and a browser. You can end the session at any time with the "Sign out" button, and iFurn.pro will drop the current sign-in data. Access can be restored by e-mail, by phone or via a social network — meaning even without a password.
