The specification is a printed document with the list of parts, materials, edging, services and packages of a single order. It opens from the order card via the "Specification (full)" or "Specification (detailing)" button in a new browser tab.
When you need the specification
- Print a delivery note for the customer — what was ordered, in what quantity and at what price.
- Hand over a list of parts with dimensions and edging to the production floor.
- Lock in the order composition at the moment of approval.
Two variants
- Full — with the complete calculation: materials, edging processing, painting, services, totals.
- Detailing — only the list of parts with sizes and a link to the material, without the pricing block. Convenient for the workshop foreman.
Additional data
Before generating the document CRM opens the "Specification" modal. There you choose what to include:
- "Packages" — a table with a breakdown by boxes and the contents of each box.
- "Services" — a list of services with readiness marks (QR codes for the scanner and the foreman's signature).
How to print
- Open the order card.
- In the top panel click "Specification (full)" or "Specification (detailing)".
- In the dialog that appears choose whether to include packages and services, then click "Send".
- The document opens in a new tab — print it via the browser dialog (Ctrl+P).
What matters for the factory admin
- The "Specification (full)" button is available only when the order has parts and a saved cutting card.
- The amount and VAT in the full specification are taken from the project settings.
- For readiness QR codes the order must have a correct URL in the marking service.
