What is inside the personal cabinet

The personal cabinet gathers everything you need to work with an order — from the list of projects to contacts and delivery addresses. The basic set of sections is the same for everyone; extra warehouse sections are visible only to production firms.

My orders

The main screen of the cabinet. All your orders in the active firm — on one page, with filters:

by name, code or ID;
by status («in editing», «confirmed», «in production», «completed», «shipped»);
by date (from / to).

An order row shows the number, name, status and date. A project opens via the pencil icon: it shows the date of the last edit, and clicking the date opens the editor. Next to it — form printing and the «More» order card.

Personal information

Your contact details: name, email, phone. The same place holds the social accounts you have linked (Google) for quick sign-in. Important changes are confirmed by a one-time code.

Companies

The list of factories you work with. If there are several factories — you switch between them right inside the cabinet. The active factory determines which orders and catalogues are shown and which prices are used for the calculation.

Switching factory reloads the page — this is needed so that prices and available services refresh to those relevant to the new factory.

Points of sale

If the factory has several points of sale, you pick «your» point in the mini-menu under the user name (top right corner of the cabinet). The chosen point is remembered and used when placing new orders.

Delivery addresses

All your delivery addresses in one place: country, city, street, house, apartment, floor, presence of an elevator, notes for the courier. One of the addresses can be marked as the main one — it will be offered automatically when placing new orders.

News

A feed of publications from the factory: promotions, product updates, changes to the schedule. If the factory does not publish news — the section is empty.
