Each order has a status that shows what stage it is at. The status is visible in the cabinet and can be changed.
What statuses there are
The typical set of statuses:
- in editing — the order is still being edited;
- confirmed — the order is placed;
- confirmed for production;
- in work;
- completed;
- ready for shipment;
- shipped;
- canceled;
- problematic order.
The status names are translated into the interface language.
Changing the status
In the cabinet, an order has a «Set a new status» menu. It shows only the statuses that can be reached from the current one — the set of allowed transitions is limited. For example, a canceled order can only be returned to editing.
