Advanced search is a dedicated page to search orders by any combination of conditions: ID, external code, name, customer, materials, services, amount, statuses. Open it from the menu "Orders → Order search".
Basic filters
- "External code" — exact search by accounting code.
- "Order ID/code" — search by internal ID.
- "Order name" — partial match on project name.
- "Date" — creation date range.
- "Production date" — planned ready date range.
- "Status" — multi-select; default "All".
- "Manager" — drop-down of managers.
- "Customer" — autocomplete by name or phone.
"Advanced search" block
Below the basic filters there is an expandable "Advanced search" block with extra conditions:
- "Material type" — filter by panel type (chipboard, MDF, plywood, etc.).
- "Service type" — filter by service kind (cutting, edging, CNC, etc.).
- "Order amount from" — lower bound for the total.
- "Production queue" — yes/no: whether the order is in the queue.
- "Order overdue" — yes/no: whether the planned production date has passed.
Apply and reset filters
Each filter block has an "Apply" button — clicking it reloads the table. To remove a single filter use the neighbouring "Reset" button. To remove everything at once use the bottom "Reset filters" button.
Results
Under the filters two counters are shown: "Orders found" (current page) and "Total orders in search" (overall). The order list is the same as "Active orders": same columns and actions. If nothing is found, the message "No orders yet" is displayed.
What the factory admin should know
- The search runs an SQL query on the whole order base; on a large base it works slower than "Active" — narrow the date range upfront.
- Visibility of orders in the search obeys the same role rules as the "Active" list — a manager sees only their own orders.
- Manager and customer lists in the filters are loaded asynchronously; on first open a small delay is possible.
