The order card is the window with full information about a specific order: customer, materials, services, products, discounts, payment, printing. Open it by clicking the order number in the "Active orders" list or via search.
Card header
The header shows: internal ID and external code, project name, customer name (link to the customer card), manager, planned production date, current status. The same area holds the "Save", "Reset cache" (for statuses 2–6) and "Print" (drop-down with documents) buttons.
Materials block
The list of panels used in the order: material code, thickness, quantity, price per panel, total. Under each row there is a discount (if any) applied only to that material. Clicking the row expands the details — list of parts, edges and operations for that panel.
Services block
Services applied to the order: cutting, edging, CNC, packaging, etc. Every service has a quantity (meters/pieces/hours) and a price. The manager can add a service manually with the "Add service" button, adjust quantity or apply a discount.
Products block
If the order contains ready-made products from templates or accessories (handles, hinges, legs), they are shown in a separate block with quantity and price. The "Add product" button lets you add an item from the catalog.
Discounts and total
- Material discount — applied to a single item or to all materials at once.
- Service discount — a separate discount on the services block.
- VAT — applied automatically by factory rule; if the order amount exceeds the threshold, VAT is included in the production price.
- Total — amount to pay after all discounts and VAT. Shown in the bottom right.
Actions from the card
- Confirm production — moves the order to status 3 (in production). The button appears when the order is paid and all materials are ready.
- Print specification — opens the short order form for the customer.
- Print cutting card — modal window with cutting algorithm selection.
- Print labels — list of part labels.
- Print packaging — packaging document.
- Order comment — the field at the bottom, visible to everyone working on the order.
What the factory admin should know
- The ability to edit the card depends on the order status. After moving to production (status 3+) most fields are locked; to make changes you have to return the order to status 2 or reset the cache.
- Discounts are configured in the factory reference; the role determines which discounts can be applied.
- The VAT threshold is set in the company settings; when exceeded VAT is automatically included in the production cost.
